Due to the nature of our products, which are sourced from local farmers and artisans across
South Africa, estimated delivery times may vary for each item. Fresh produce availability and
delivery schedules depend on seasonal factors and supplier location.
Each product page will display its expected delivery timeframe.
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments if products have different availability dates.
We will keep you informed via email regarding the status of each item in your order.
Shipping Methods
Shelf-Stable Products: We use The Courier Guy for all packaged goods. Where
possible, we may use The Courier Guy’s Pudo locker system for convenient collection.
Fresh Produce: Delivery is handled by trusted local courier partners, chosen based
on your delivery address to ensure freshness and timely arrival.
Shipping Timeline
Packaged goods generally ship within 4 to 6 working days, while fresh produce may require
additional time based on harvest schedules and regional logistics. We will provide updates
and tracking details for each shipment.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates depend on parcel size, weight, location, and The Courier Guy Terms & Conditions (available at
https://www.thecourierguy.co.za/terms-conditions/).
Free shipping applies to orders over R1000.
Delivery
We provide door-to-door delivery within South Africa. Please ensure your delivery address is
attended during the day and provide a valid contact number for the courier.
Return Policy
Fresh Produce: We cannot accept returns of fresh produce under any circumstances
due to its perishable nature.
Shelf-Stable Products: Unopened packaged goods may be returned within 30 days in original condition, subject to: o 10% restocking fee (or 15% if free shipping was applied)
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Contact us via email for a Return Authorization Number, which must be written on the
outside of the package. Include a copy of your receipt or order number. Refunds are
processed after inspection.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate addresses and be available to receive deliveries. We are
not responsible for spoilage due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect deliveries.
Insurance Option
Customers may request insurance for their packages for added protection.
