Lemon & Honey Glazed Salmon

Lemon & Honey Glazed Salmon (serves 2)

A light, flavorful dish with My Mediterranean Pantry honey and olive oil, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp My Mediterranean Pantry honey
  • 2 tbsp My Mediterranean Pantry olive oil
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

1.⁠ ⁠Preheat

⁠Preheat oven to 200°C.

2.⁠ ⁠Whisk

Whisk honey, olive oil, lemon juice, and mustard.

3.⁠ Glaze

⁠Place salmon on a tray, brush with glaze.

4.⁠ ⁠Roast

Roast 12–15 minutes until flaky.

5.⁠ ⁠Serve

Serve with roasted vegetables or salad.
