Roasted Figs with My Mediterranean Pantry Honey & Yogurt

Sweet roasted figs drizzled with My Mediterranean Pantry honey create a luxurious Mediterranean dessert or breakfast. Paired with creamy Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of nuts, this dish balances natural sweetness with rich texture.

Ingredients

  • 8 fresh figs - halved
  • 3 tbsp My Mediterranean Pantry honey
  • 1 cup thick Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup pistachios or walnuts - chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • zest of ½ orange

Instructions

1.⁠ ⁠Preheat oven

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

2. Prep figs

Place figs cut-side up on a baking tray. Drizzle generously with My Mediterranean Pantry honey.

3.⁠ ⁠Roast Figs

Roast for 10–12 minutes until softened and caramelized.

4.⁠ Prep yogurt in bowls

4.⁠ ⁠Spoon Greek yogurt into bowls, top with warm figs.

5.⁠ Add garnishes

Sprinkle with nuts, cinnamon, and orange zest.

6.⁠ ⁠Finish with drizzles of honey
